Return Policy

Wappa will accept for a full refund within seven (7) days of purchase for new unused and unopened merchandise in the same condition that it was purchased. This return policy applies to online transactions through the Wappa store and does not apply to any transactions made through a Wappa dealer.

If you choose to return your product during the seven (7) day period, you do so at your own expense. Wappa does not pay for return shipping, or any border fees/charges and customs duties.

The refund will be for the full value of the returned items less a $100 restocking fee, unless otherwise noted.

Shipping and handling fees including any border charges and customs duties will not be refunded. Credit for returned items will be applied to the credit method that was used to make the purchase. Returns will be applied to the purchasing credit card within 5 to 15 days of the date that the return is accepted by the fulfiller.

Only returned items that are complete, in perfect or original condition, and accompanied by a return number will be accepted. You shall endeavor to keep the returned items in their original packaging. Otherwise, the return will be deemed non-compliant and you will not receive a refund from Wappa Paddle Boards. If your refund request is rejected, you will be notified by us promptly.

Custom paddle boards will not be accepted for return.

In the unlikely event that your order is damaged during delivery or there is a manufacturers defect, don't worry. We're here to help. Just give us a call or make a claim, and we will make it right!
