Due to the robust nature of our packaging, Wappa will not accept returns for any reason.
It's not that we won't stand behind our product and leave you hanging if there is a problem. Rather, it's because you will never be able to repack the paddle board to the same quality standards as the factory. We take great care to package our paddle boards so that they arrive to our customers undamaged and in perfect condition. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee that a SUP could be returned in the same condition without expert packing.
In the unlikely event that your order is damaged during delivery or there is some weird manufacturers defect, don't worry. You have the Wappa Warranty to protect you. Just give us a call or make a claim, and we will make it right!
