Wappa will accept for a full refund within seven (7) days of purchase for new unused merchandise in the same condition that it was purchased.
If you choose to return your product during the seven (7) day period, you do so at your own expense. Paddle boards must be returned via a pre approved Wappa transport carrier with insurance coverage equal to or greater than the retail price of the paddle board. Email us to start the returns process.
We take great care to package our paddle boards so that they arrive to our customers undamaged and in perfect condition. If you unpack your paddle board and choose to return it, you must repack the paddle board in the same manner as the original factory packaging as part of the return process. Failure to repack the paddle board properly may result in damage during the return shipment.
In the unlikely event that your order is damaged during delivery or there is some weird manufacturers defect, don't worry. You have the Wappa Warranty to protect you. Just give us a call or make a claim, and we will make it right!
